Here's how it works:
- Purchase your Quick Wins package below: $350NZD (incl. GST). That’s it.
- You’ll be sent a form to complete, outlining details about your mahi (work), your kaupapa (values & motivation) and where you’re stuck. (FYI - sometimes even identifying these elements can help with the ‘a-ha’ moments!). This form will take ~20 minutes of your time to complete - we know that you’re busy!
- Our team will review your responses and conduct a desktop review. Within 2-4 working days, we'll send you:
- A screen recorded video, talking through your pain points and our recommendations;
- A summary of the video, including specific action points for your Quick Wins; including our identified suggestions for where you can focus for immediate impact.
- A link for you (and your team if you wish) to book a 30 minute Q&A Zoom call with Erin or Kris to discuss the recommendations and ask any follow up questions.
- After the call, you’ll receive a transcript and a summary of the discussion.
- You have what you need to go and create the magic!
- We’ll check in a week later to make sure that you’ve got what you need to achieve your Quick Wins.

By booking a Quick Wins session, you’ll be connecting with either Erin or Kris for your communications and storytelling support. Erin is the Director & Founder of Narrative Campaigns - and Kris is a journalist, author and Chief Storyteller for Narrative.
Both Erin and Kris bring years of experience to this space; between the two of them, they’ve worked with more than five hundred clients to help deliver workshops, communications and marketing support.

The Quick Wins offering is a great starter if you’ve been looking for some support but you’re not sure where to begin. This is an easy and low commitment way to jump in. No questions are too big or too small, and we can help you zero in on the immediate wins, whilst also acknowledging the bigger picture challenges.
Yay! We’re here for a quick turnaround - let’s make this happen for you. When you purchase Quick Wins, you'll immediately receive our survey form. As soon as we receive your form, we'll get cracking on your desktop review and our recommendations within 2 - 4 working days. This email will also have a link to book your Zoom Q&A. We aim to have the whole process completed within 10 working days, in order to maintain the momentum. ***Please note*** if you need something faster due to external deadlines, please let us know in the client form - and we’ll do our best to accomodate your request.
We’ve created the Quick Wins option based on what we’ve heard from a number of organisations about the challenge of accessibility of services - and we really want to make sure that everything we do is as inclusive as possible. We’ll ask you whether you think you need more support in the follow up survey that we send (once you’ve received the promised deliverables), for you to let us know whether you’re interested in more support. We’ll also make suggestions in the supplied roadmap as to where we might be able to assist more. If you think you’d like to keep the kōrero (conversation) going, we’d love to hear from you!
Of course! We encourage you to do so - and to get others’ perspectives, input and questions. When it comes to setting up the Q&A Zoom call, we’ll ask how many attendees are planning to be there, so that we can make sure that we facilitate the session as effectively as possible.
